Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand exposure and website traffic.
- Design and deliver original, captivating social media content, including images, videos, graphics, and blog entries.
- Post and optimize all social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok, using innovative and creative methods to promote marketing campaigns.
- Interact with both current and potential customers by promptly responding to messages to foster a welcoming and lively online community.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key social media metrics and performance using insights to refine and optimize strategies.
Skills and Requirements
- A minimum of a diploma in public relations, communication, digital marketing, marketing, or a similar field.
- Demonstrated expertise managing social media and creating content.
- Competent in copywriting, social media analysis, and content production.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Available to work on weekends, holidays, early mornings and after hours.
- The ideal candidate would reside in the Osu, Labone, and surrounding areas.
